Self esteem tests are a great way to discover and measure where you are in terms of your self esteem and how you feel about yourself, they can help you determine whether your level of self esteem is healthy or whether you need to work on improving it.
I have found a few self-esteem tests that I know will really help you not only to measure your level of self esteem but also to discover what your areas of strengths are.
Most self-esteem tests only help you to measure how you feel about yourself but I have also discovered that a great way to build up your self esteem to is know your areas of strengths. Knowing what you are good at and what your competencies are can help you shake off that negative "I'm not good at anything attitude" and so I've also provided some tests and quizzes and assessments to help you discover your areas of strengths.
The most popular self esteem test is the Rosenberg self esteem scale which was developed by Morris Rosenberg in 1965. The test consists of 10 questions, each of which has 4 possible answers ranging from "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree" click here to use the Rosenberg self esteem scale.
Other good self-esteem tests include The Sorensen Self esteem test which was designed by Dr Marilyn J Sorensen. Dr Sorenson's test is a more comprehensive test that consists of 50 questions that will help you to determine where you are with regards to your self esteem. As I said earlier, one of the ways to develop your self esteem and confidence is to be aware of your personal strengths. You need to know what you are good at and what your talents are. How you feel about yourself affects virtually every aspect of your life, so it's important to feel good and positive about yourself by knowing and focusing on your strengths.
