Building Confidence and Self Esteem with the "Do Your Fears" Worksheet

Download and print out the "Do Your Fears" worksheet below to help you do the exercise. Doing your fears is a great technique for building confidence and self esteem. Like Nike says "Just Do It", feel the fear and just do it anyway.

The more you practice doing the things you are afraid of, the more you will grow confident in those areas until you have completely eradicated the fear.

In that particular lesson I talked about how one of the results of having low self esteem is that we become afraid of trying certain things because we don't think we are good enough, and that the key to overcoming that negative belief is to actually "Do Your Fears"

As long as you allow fear to hold you back, you are robbing yourself of possibilities, the possibility of a better job, the possibility of finding true love, the possibility of having your own profitable business. Don't allow fear to rob you of possibilities, face your fears, Do Your Fears and conquer them and as you conquer them your confidence and self esteem will grow.
