Self Esteem Lessons - The Visualisation Exercise Worksheet

Download and print out the Visualisation Worksheet below.

The self esteem lessons and the activities and exercises provided on this website are usually complimented by a worksheet to help you put into practice the things I have shared.

In the Visualisation lesson/exercise, I talked about how visualising a better future (your ideal future) can help you start to overcome low self esteem, because what visualisation does is helps you to begin to see your potential and the possibilities of what could be.

I like to believe that what you visualise is your true potential and is actually how your life can be and once that realisation dawns on you, you begin to understand that where you are isn't where you will always be.

Some of us develop low self esteem because our present circumstance doesn't match our ideal circumstance and we think we will always be stuck there, but the key out of your present mess is your ability to see a better future and then pursue that better future knowing that that is the real you and that for me is one of the best ways to boost your self esteem. Knowing that I do have a future, I do have hope, things might be tough now but I see a better tomorrow and I won't let my present challenges get me down and make me feel like a failure or a loser, that's the kind of mind set you should have also.

If you haven't already done so please read the self esteem lessons on Visualisation and then download and print the Visualisation Worksheet to help you do the exercise.
